I'm not for this guy starting or anything, but I came across this piece of footage from the TerryTate Vault. I hope you guys enjoy!

Flashback to a few years ago, it was the Hurricanes against the Gators at the Orange bowl....without giving much of the clip away, Berlin was getting torn up by the fanbase in miami as the lead increased to 33-10 UF. Then Berlin showed his heart, and pulled off the greatest half of football he has ever played, turning the chorus of boos into a chorus of cheers (temporarily for that night)....

Enjoy the video.

Don't need to watch it. That game 4 TDs in a quarter and a half is burned vividly in my mind. He did that no huddle magic a few times.

My question: WHY DON'T TEAMS USE HIM IN THE NO HUDDLE?!!?!? Coker never did, and you saw against the Bears what he can do in the no huddle. The kid is butter in the no huddle, but coaches want him in the tradition set.

Hell, it worked for J Kelly.

OMG... Berlin's only success is in the Shotgun. Unless we are going to change out offense to run exclusively out of the shotgun, why are we still praising this guy?

Yea, you didn't like Kelly either I take it.

Thanks for the clip TT. I'm not a supporter or hater of Berlin, but that clip was worth the look. I've never followed College football so I figured I would take a look at it. Once again, thanks.

I think he has some real potential, I personally didnt watch much of him in college but from what I hear he is underrated

I remember that game very well!! Berlin was great when the cards were stacked against him, but he slacks of when he starts to believe his own hype, or just gets too comfortable.

That's why I wonder if at the pro level, the preasure will always be at a level that makes him shine or he'll be a bust. But I would really like to know for sure!!

AW, MAN!!! THAT-was one of the BEST games last season. Beautiful memories come back with watching that video. Thanks man..I know this is a dolphin site, but...

LET'S GO CANES!!!!

Can't wait to see Kyle Wright or whoever starts. Canes FOOTBALL baby

I was there with some friends....they decided to leave early (I had to go, they were driving)....as we are making our way to the car we hear...BOOOOM!!! (thats the cannon that gets fired whenever the canes score)....we say...big deal...the Canes scored....a couple minutes later.....BOOOM!!!!...I look at one of my friends and tell him that if the Gators haven't scored, the Canes are down less than 10......then BOOOOOOM....we are running to the car and on our way home.....We caught the last of it at my bud's place on South Beach.....

I'm still kickin' my azz for leaving early!!!

Oh man I remember that game like it was yesterday. I was getting very upset that the the Gators were beating down on us but I just kept watching and O did it pay off b/c outta nowhere the Canes took charge and gave UF a severe *** beating in that second half.

I have that game recorded on DVD and watch it from time to time. It was the best comeback I have ever seen a team make....ever. I was very proud of my 'Canes that night, and Brock Berlin.

My favorite was him mocking the gator chop ......seeing as though he was at UF the previous season and all.

No I thought Kelly was a really good QB. But their offense was built around what he and Thurman Thomas did well. My question was if we are not going to go to a Shotgun/no huddle offense (which I have not heard ANYTHING about) then lets move on. Berlin has not showed anything under center. Even in college at UM and even with Spurrier coaching him... he has only looked good in shotgun. IF he could translate that success to under center I'd be all for him, but if two pretty good QB systems like UM and UF could not do it... I don't think he ever will.

I remember watching that game, on the brink of giving up. But I saw something different in Brock Berlin's eyes in the second half. It is like he became the leader of the team. I never screamed so loud at my TV in my life.

One thing about Brock Berlin: When he is pushed against a wall, this is when he is his best. He WILL fight back. You CANNOT take that away from him.
