When the news came the other day -- lousy news that would hurt any family -- I realized who is going to have the toughest job this season. He's going to have to lead through pain. He's going to have to lead in a presumably uncomfortable position. He's used to leading -- he's unquestionably led his team's defense for a decade -- but not under these circumstances. Indeed, it might be a long year for one Zach Thomas.

Nothing new, it's a speculation piece. What is it going to do to the relationship between ZT and JT, yada yada yada.

Zach and Jason have delt with Jason and Katina's martial problems all of last season, so I do not think it will effect them this season.

yea its not like it came as a shocker to their family that they were goign to get divorced, things like that happen and there must of been a lot of tension before he was actually divorced....i dont expect to see any problems on the field, this isnt a high school football team this is the nfl and everyone carries themselves very proffesional and when they are in the game their heads arnt on their outside life its on whats going down on the next play....im sure that JT and zach will get over the awkwardness and remain close friends
