It felt like 40 other Jet games we watched where you knew our d would collapse and they did. The 64 yrd play to Leon Washington was sickening. Five missed tackles, no safety help, nobody stepping up.

They finally made Penny throw the ball into tight spots but then either didn't catch his poorly thrown lob balls or let him beat them over the top.

We need help on defense, too, people. Somebody back there has to make plays. Mike Lehan's drop was inexcusable as has Will Allen's play of the last month. Miami needs corners badly.

What was with the time out mgmt in second half. They challenged a catch they had no chance to get overturned and called a time out before a short field goal. Dumb

Cleo throws a nice ball but his OC could have helped him out with better plays. Mularkey has no feel for the game. None.

2nd qtr- Ronnie Brown for 9. Its 3rd and one. OK, playaction and it works, blocking by O-line is great, one problem though. There's no receivers in the picture, nobody is open over the middle. Harrington holds it for 5 seconds stays in pocket then gets and Int grounding call. Where's the patterns over the wide open middle? Or better yet, where's the run call, we're gouging their defense with every run?

If Nick goes to Alabama he's a quitter with no guts. I still don't like what I'm hearing about this story. He's got a lot to do here. A lot.

Just not ready to crucify our D for giving up a whopping 13 points, personally.

That's very short sighted. Betcha Zach Thomas wouldn't say the same.

Wake up. It was a tight game that the defense blew. They choked like they did in many other Jet games. Gave up crucial points to an inferior offense

We had the lead twice in the 4th qtr and the defense coughed it up. How can you not blame them? They let the Jets convert 7 third downs, most of them long ones.

2 minutes left and they let Leon Washington run through them and effectively run out the clock? They failed last night, much more than the offensive line did.

WE NEED FANS AND COACHES WHO THINK BETTER

You are blaming the corners for something the Y. Bell and the LBs failed to do? Bell didn't stay deep and got beat over the top. Something that has happened to him more than a few times in the past month.

On the screen pass to Washington, the LBs was too concerned with getting their drops and didn't recognize what was going on until it was too late.

You can blame the corners for not coming up with INTs but to call them horrible is just...

its all too familiar loosing to the jets, its always in the same fashion and its disgusting.....unfortunately for me living in NY the match up every year is personaly a huge one for me and to hardly walk out as a winner is like a kick in the stomach and not to mention how we lose the game every year, we have finished with a 1-5 conference record in 2 of the last 3 years and this is a huge issue...the jets and the bills as of lately have always had our number however someway or another we have new englands which doesnt make too much sense considering they are a better team than both the bills and jets........anyways im still very bitter about the loss and expect to be for a while atleast until we can finaly beat the jets. but some positives from the game: ronnie played well in his first game back and on only 18 carries ran for 110, derek hagan made some catches that he hasnt made all year and did a very nice job at holding on to the ball, cleo was impresive however this will only add to more qb controversy in the offseason

yeah that pass to Leon Washington was the worst defensive play I've ever seen in my life. The pursuit and tackling was like a youth football team. This team doesn't play with any emotion. For example, the first 3 quarters of the game we stopped the Jets. Then in the 2 most important drives we let the Jets drive down the field at will. At times it doesn't even seem like this team cares. Another bad drive was when we just got the ball off that fumble on the punt. We should had a touchdown not a field goal. It was 2nd and 5 and Mularky decides to run a sweep and of course we lose five yards. Then we don't get it on 3 and long. That was also pathenic.
