Man after reading about all the injuries to our O line and with Ferg being out how effective is our team going to be going into these coming up games? Is there anyone out there even worth picking up to fill these holes? Only good news seems to be this Nate Garner dude. Think we are a WC playoff team this year? Oh... and do you think this changes the way we draft next year?

Just wondering:up:

I don't think it changes our draft plans all that much.

The O-line injuries should be healed up by next year. We have pretty decent depth, and will always continue to shuffle around the depth guys or add a guard/tackle in late rounds when a good one is available.

Ferg's career is probably over, which we sort of expected after this season anyways. I don't know if he was planning on playing after this season. If he does, it will only be for the Dolphins and because the Trifecta will bring him back as a stopgap for another year, but his contract will expire at the end of the season.

i don't think we'll address the OL much if at all. maybe a late-round pick or UDFA. our interior depth is solid as it is. at T Gardner will be a year removed from shoulder injury and should be a lot stronger. Murtha is only going to get better as well.

we have to focus on NT though.

we will add through FA if anything for our o-line.....i havent heard anything about how banged up it is....i think Berger will start at C to give grove an additional week off before we welcome the pats to miami and Smiley didnt havea report after his visit with Dr. Andrews he played last week and looked ok.....this 10 day break will rest our guys up so we are ready for the stretch run....i dont think we draft anybody and if we do it will be 5th round on the early rounds will be for NT, WR and then LB but not in that order.

I think Sporano said most of the guys should be fine and Grove has a high ankle sprain which should be fine even if he does sit out vs Buffalo. Not reason to think we need to draft to fix these problems. Minor injuries buddddyyyyy...I think u may be panicking a bit..lol...but its ok...ur a dedicated fan who's worried about the team.
