Its nice to have a front office that knows what they are doing, have a plan on assembling a team and a system and are sticking to it.

The team looks like it will be much improved.

Can't wait for the season to start!

I think they are very smart.

do they make mistakes? Yes. Everyone does.
But they’re smart, and set on bringing in tough football players.

Didn’t love hunter long but Eichenberg and Holland seem like the type of guys who can lead an organization some day.

If given time, I definitely think Flo can win a super bowl

this is the first time I’ve ever felt that way

I have confidence in Flores but not the FO. The drafting in the past few seasons has been awful

Hope they can somehow bring in a RB to complement what we now have. I liked the players we picked, but the TE was a shock to me where he was picked considering the players that were there. Besides that pick, the FO has done well as far as I am concerned.

Really happy

Just missing the RB
I don't think they believe that like fans do. Gaskin is exactly what's left on the board. He is productive and can catch the ball. Maybe a bigger compliment back but I'm thinking they like him.

Uh, no, it really hasn't. Go back and look at the 2020 draft. Their first 8 picks saw significant playing time. Now go back and look at 2019 class. With limited picks, most are contributing. Very rare.

Round 1:
Risky picks, but they added top prospect at two areas of major impact and need, cannot complain.

Day 2:
Got the right value with two top prospects in Holland and Hunt. Excellent job.
Eichenberg was a major reach and a waste of picks. Should've gone elsewhere.

I think they are getting better at it, but need to improve Oline evaluations, pronto. I am very happy with the work they did compared to years and decades past.

We’ll see said the Zen Master.....We’ll see.

Don't really agree with Eicheberg being reach..most evaluators I came across had him as a round 2 prospect..
Ready to play Day 1 tackle and has given up no sacks the last 2 years. Don't see it as a reach

We have a top 10 running back from last year. That we drafted in the 7th round. How about that for vote of confidence. And he’s college teammate wasn’t to Shabby either!

They don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt until they actually win something. I don’t “trust their process”. We need results.
