Chrebet? Ya Welker is good. Did anyone hear the Steelers commentators calling him Wes Walker the whole game, that pissed me off. :fire:

That was annoying the s*** out of me. I started yelling at them!

it would be sweet if every once and awhile we used welker in different situations. He'd be good for WR screens, because as a punt returner its obvious he has the vision. Or just send him long like we did saturday night.

yes he is, lets just hope they don't get the crazy idea of trading him.

hahahaha. you don't trade for punt returners...nor do you trade punt returners... they come, they go. hes not going to be a serious receiver in the nfl, so please don't start assuming that. Even donte hall really can't grasp that.

yeah he is a playmaker great KR/PR and also decent emergency wideout and good emergency kicker

well hes working hard. and quite frankly is still a bright spot for miami. he just looks like hes giving everything hes got on every return. Its nice to see. Hes going to break a few this year and im sure saban knows it.

without a doubt, you could see him giving it his all on the returns. Saban has seen what he could do on special teams, now he has to see what he could do in offense.

I wonder if he can play QB, after all he is talented.

Uggghhhh!!! Yeah...that pi$$ed me off, too. I was telling my GF all night, yelling at the TV, "It's WELKER!...WELKER!...moron!...etc.".

As for the topic, Wes Welker is a 5' 9" STUD. He will be our 3rd-4th receiver this season. And he will shine. :D That 42 yard miracle reception sealed the deal for me...I am now officially on the WES WELKER BANDWAGON!!!
