Three days from decision on Incognito

Haven't missed him one bit! Cut his overrated ass...
 
Might as well just cut him. He was overrated anyways. It's not like the line is really playing that much worse. Plus I don't want to hear the media's crap if we do take him back.
 
If they cut him, Incognito will fight back somehow. And it will become a Richie vs. Miami Dolphins issue, which could potentially get ugly if Richie knows stuff about Ireland / Philbin / Turner that has been kept secret so far.

And if they reinstate him, the Dolphins will once again become the "villains" of the story. So basically, it's a no-win situation for Miami. They'll have to be very smart when making this decision.
 
I personally thought Miami was going to let him go after this year any way, the Line is actually playing better...I think Richie might be gone.

??? You think Incognito might be protecting Ireland/Philbin/Turner at the risk of his own career? What possible motivation could he have to do that? Are those guys going to chip in and make up Incognito's missed paychecks?

Cut that social miscreant before he has a chance to do us even more damage. There's no compelling upside to keeping him. Let him cause trouble somewhere else.

Do you really think that a billionaire owner like Steven Ross would be scared to wash his hands of Incognito/Ireland/Philbin/Turner/et al? If a code red was ordered, the truth will come out in the investigation and all those involved will be cut and paid off. I will be surprised if Philbin was party to any unprincipled practice, but I could be wrong. He strikes my as a man of some integrity and substance.
 
My guess is they are waiting to cut him specifically because they don't want him going to the Jets right before we play. It would be a smart move too because Richie's dad said on here the Jets is where Richie would like to sign if he's cut.

The line's not playing worst?.....yeah, instead of losing 4 yards everytime we run the football we now lose 2.

Let Rex introduce Richie to the Jets players when they run on the field. That would be a classic if they played Incognito without even training with the team or learning the playbook. Give Ritchie Junior and Richie Senior their dream and let Junior play for Rex. Make it happen Jeff.
