futurescout, I feel like you need a reason to not like Manziel. Before, you contested that his style of play wouldn't work in the NFL and that he was a 3rd RD QB and that Garappolo is the MUCH better QB prospect. Now that you've come around on the player, you're saying he's too big a risk because of off-field concerns. I told you before that you'd look back on Manziel and search for what you missed.
On your "final" top 32, you have Mosley as the #4 overall prospect, and you have a top 32 grade on Skov. I'm not trying to rag on you, but your opinions are hard to keep up with. On that same big board, you have Watkins #1 after two weeks earlier labeling him the 3rd best WR in the class. These are wild swings - given the date of the analysis (1/4 and 1/16) and that they came after the NFL season.
Anyway, Carr's only prayer is landing in a situation where he can sit and learn, and even then, I'd say the odds are against him. QB's who struggle on 3rd down and struggle with pressure and struggle with deep ball accuracy . . . well, you're talking about an uphill climb. He has a strong arm, a quick release, and he's a good athlete, but his instincts are terrible.

Lol wow. You would dig that up. Look it is naïve to say the least, of making a final top 32 before the combine and pro day. I'll make one final (part 2 =) ) for you now.
I always had a huge concern for Manziel's off the field stuff. Call it gut feeling, but this kid is going to bust. He's gonna crash and burn. I say that with 100% certainty. He had the luxury of playing with THREE top 10 picks at offensive tackle, and threw up prayers to the best jump ball receiver since Calvin Johnson. He may sell tickets and t-shirts, but he won't be a successful NFL Quarterback. Too damn concerned with the limelight. I didn't see Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, or Drew Brees at the Masters. I didn't see them at the final four. I haven't seen them throw out 3 opening pitches (he may have thrown more). Every time I watch a basketball game I don't see them sitting courtside. He's more concerned with being a celebrity than he is a successful football player. If it wasn't for all the off the field stuff.. I would give a mid to late 1st grade on him. He has better than advertised arm strength. At times, he showcases more than enough accuracy from the pocket. I don't even need to touch on his playmaking ability. Enough has been said about that. He's not a first guy in, last guy out, put more hours than anyone on the entire team kind of guy. He's just not. He was kicked out of the Manning Passing Camp. He shoved a graduate assistant during a spring practice. Does that sound like something Arod, Peyton, Brady or Brees would do?
I have less concern about the player as I do the person. Some team is going to be duped into taking him in the first round and set their franchise back for 5 years.
