Yeah..and I thought he looked pretty open in the back on the end zone on that ball that looked like it got deflected. Devlin puts some loft on that and its TD

How many bucs does it take to cost Matt Moore his starters position? Two. One to tip the ball and another to catch it.

looked that way to you too huh...what did you think of tannehill??? i saw some throws with nice anticipation...the kind we haven't seen in a while...makes matt moore look like chump change to me as far as the difference in the talent level...

this kids more advanced than i expected at least at this stage...how bout how athletic he looked on the pa roll out...

Tannehill was the most accurate QB in college throwing on the run outside of Andrew Luck. It's because he squares his shoulders to the target and throws off the proper foot. I covered it extensively among other things.

The main thing holding Tannehill back as a quarterback was situational football knowledge due to lack of experience. Poise, pocket presence, and footwork are his strongest attributes. Which happen to be three of the most critical. You can't melt one and pour him on me if he doesn't have 'em.

As for Miller, there's quite a few backs I favored over him. Including the little scatback Michael Smith from Utah St. that I touted as an underrated prospect since December. He looked good tonight. So did David Wilson for the Giants... always reminded me a little bit of Thurman Thomas at Oklahoma St.

ha ha...you think??? who other than bess will get off press???

I'm not even so sure Bess will he started to struggling last year and Marshall was always double and triple teamed. Ocho can beat the press but looks like we might want to remove his face mask and make him catch with his mouth! It was one pass on a wet field that was thrown behind him, but when you run your mouth like ocho you better bring your "A" game.

Josh Samuda has the goods. What a great find. Not many guys weighing 315 lbs can be so mobile attacking the 2nd level (combined with his power) and have such good awareness on the field (for an undrafted rookie). He will be the lineman we hoped Samson Satele would be. It's amazing how well Samuda has played considering 1) he wasn't drafted, and 2) he's never played center before (his 41 games in college were all at guard, and he never played center in high school)

Samuda will make this team, and rightfully so. I also noticed his mean streak, which is also good.

I always thought the one thing Daboll didn't do last year was use Bess properly.

A healthy Hartline is a smart WR that will help.

I have a hard time finding hope in 2 guys who put up 10tds combined over 2 years while Marshall draw double and triple coverage. Hartline had 2 yes 2 tds in 2 years. We need a dominate wr to develop our franchise qb.

Well we aren't getting that this year. I would look to draft one early next year...but we need to hope some of these guys can at least grow into competent NFL WRs.
