freenys a cut trusnick made the plays that he's supposed to make...nothing to get excited about...les brown is buried deep...westerman is deep also

Was he the safety that was late over the top on Vontae's receiver catch? Wes Welker flashback lol! I saw him in the run game! He was trying to bring the wood!!!
 
Trusnik looked great! J.Martin will get better. Wallace made a good case to stay on team. Spitler has improved.
 
cb is now a concern...sean smith sucked...worst tackling corner in football...guy kills me...vontae is in the doghouse...richard marshall is physical and he'll tackle but i didn't see elite tools for the boundary...

shelby is a keeper...

He's always lost in zone coverage and doesn't have the hips to play quality man coverage consistently. He doesn't have the mindset or instincts of a true DB because it's not what he is. He still can't tackle.

I think he would've been better off staying at wide receiver at Utah. He's a waste of time in my opinion. I'd cut the cord at some point and draft a legitimate, quality cornerback.

He'll play a little bit better within the confines of an actual game plan, and when the front 4 create some pressure, but he'll never be what Ireland thinks he'll be.
 
Barnett left injured. Trusnik played good but I'd hate to go into the season with him as a starter.
All the young recievers played ok but I hope Hartline comes back soon. I'd hate to start with Chad as #1. Number 4 maybe.

Been hearing this a lot lately....it's a true sign of getting older....you just don't want to get blasted anymore. Damn Ocho, you are paid to sacrifice your body in the NFL, either take the hits or retire with dignity.

you blaming that on reshad? how do u coyle didnt intetionally keep reshad a little deeper than usual to see if vontae is improving? which vontae showed he isnt improving and got burnt like toast.
 
reshad jones murder in run support he attacks the los vs the run like a beast...jimmy wilson makes the roster as the dime extra db...i guess clemons makes it but the guy does nothing

yeah i'm tired of his bs...if he's been the best looking corner in camp we're screwed...how bout the no wrap up in the hole on the tackle attempt of doug martin for gods sakes...go away sean smith

No im not blaming it totally on him. It probably was just in the concept of the defensive play called. Vontae sure did get roasted on that one though!!!!
 
lamar miller looks very stiff and heavy..he looks like ernest byner not a bigplay back..gates needs to be the kickoff guy..remember aaron craver who looked great without pads for the fins another thurman thomas as soon as the pads went on he became stiff..and was converted to fullback.

i would also like marshall and davis to be the starting corners..they both can tackle..smith should be in there in certain plays.
