Thunder And Destruction No Name Defense

thanks DK good to remember why i choose the phins

I remember those plays so well I can tell what's going to happen as soon as I see the outset.

This is an excellent compilation because it includes several seasons. I recognized plays from all of those early '70s years.

Bouniconti was shorter than I realized at the time. Dick Anderson towers over him on the sideline, and Anderson was hardly tall.

I've seen some recent all-time Dolphins roster lists with Reshad Jones preferred above Anderson. I think it's best I not comment on that.

Above all I have no idea how videos like this survive on YouTube. Some here might remember I had many older Dolphin videos and game tapes on my old YouTube channel. The NFL complained and they were zapped. Eventually the entire channel was zapped due to complaints from the NFL and International Olympic Committee.

I wonder how many false starts / pre snap penalties Miami had that year?

If Arnsparger hadn't left the team for LSU. I can only imagine how the narrative of Marino's and the team's history would be different.

Bit before my time being 31 years old, I actually started really paying attention around 20 years ago, the same time they decided to stop winning anything. :[

I was born in Ft.Lauderdale though and have spent the vast majority of my 31 years in S.E. Florida. Dolphins are my team by blood. Forever.

Its hard for me to want to follow a 2nd team even a little bit........changing primary teams is out of the question.

Ah... the No-Name Defense. And then they had the Killer Bs.

But lately (under Philbin and Gase), it's been the No-Defense Defense.
