"Today I watched excellent work from Davone Bess, Greg Camarillo, Ted Ginn and even the two rookies -- Patrick Turner and Brian Hartline, who has now put together three consecutive solid practices.

The most impressive play to me was a sideline grab by Ted Ginn that he caught with the DB draped over him, bobbled, re-caught as he was going down, and still was able to get both feet inbounds for a 12-yard gain.

I like the Ted Ginn & Bess comments! Eric Green seems like he is getting burned every single practice. Jeeeeez.

Gibril Wilson popped Lex Hilliard on a pass in the flat, causing him to juggle a pass from Pat White. As Hilliard juggled, Wilson grabbed the loose ball for an interception.

Someone asked in a previous thread if we ever recalled this many deep touchdown passes in TC which i sure as hell don't.
What amazes me even more though, is how many of those catches are coming from Rookies. Hartline is KILLING it.

I think the wr will be better then I originaly though but the secondary could be a weekness again this year.

secondary is definitely going to be a strength.. we have 4 cornerbacks, and 3 safeties... not counting nate jones, and chris clemons! STACKED!

Greatly appreciate the update.

Man, I was very excited with our rookie CB duo before camp, but I must admit, our rookie WR tandem is stealing their thunder. I admit I wasn't stoked about the Hartline pick, but this kid has really been impressive in camp, as well as Turner, and I love every bit of it. I think our WR core will be quite impressive this year.
