So whats the deal? Is one allowed to sell Dolphins tickets at the stadium? I know its legal in Florida, but I don't know if theres any further restrictions, etc.

honestly i'm not sure.
i always thought it was legal because i see people outside of events all the time selling tickets. but yesterday i went to Ultra music festival and many people we're getting arrested for offering tickets. i just say go for it, but do it carefully and be cautious around police.

They're not allowed within 100 yards of the stadium gates, I believe.

That's why they're littered around the parking lot hustling you as you're walking in

i would think it would be fine as long it's not sold for more than face value.

but the thing is, a bunch of years back, my uncle (cornhuskers fan) went down to the orange bowl to watch the huskers play. they had a few extra tickets and he decided to sell them. but he was arrested and can not go back into florida

In Florida you are allowed to sell them as long as you don't charge more than face value. However, if you sell the tickets and say... a piece of gum for double face no worries because that was an expensive piece of gum.

Would that really work with the coppers in So Flo?

I know that is how the Super Bowl ticket brokers get around the law. They give you a package deal, like a hat, specialty program, etc. while charging an exorbitant price for the whole thing.
