Just hours after announcing their final 53-man squad, Ceveland signed sixth-year tight end Billy Miller, who was waived Monday by the Houston Texans.
"I came to Cleveland , had a tryout and they told me they wanted to sign me," said Miller, who signed a one-year deal, terms of which were undisclosed. "I jumped at the chance to be a Cleveland Brown."
Miller, 6-3, 252, was waived by the Texans because they no longer need a pass-catching tight end.
