Tiki Barber predicts Dolphins WIN

One of the best, knowledgeable analysis I've seen all year.

I've always liked Tiki. Had the chance to talk to him before here in his hometown of Roanoke. Very nice and smart. So if he says we're going to win, I like our chances. ESPN needs to hire this guy, god forbid they actually hire somebody who has alot of football knowledge... Scrubs like Tim Hasselbeck and Trent Dilfer don't cut it.

And if he predicted us to lose you would be preaching the opposite!
 
That was a fair analysis. He pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of the Farve/Pennington shuffle, the Jets as a team, and why he thinks the Dolphins have the edge. I don't think Tiki or anyone else is expecting a blowout. This game could go either way, but given the form of the teams, it seems logical to pick the Dolphins.

As for Tiki being an analyst, he's very articulate (UVa generally produces articulate athletes), knowledgable, and has a bit of charisma. I think he'd be a good analyst. Unfortunately, TV tends to take the biggest star players and force them into analyst roles, and while Tiki did have some fame, he's probably a 2nd tier celeb for getting one of those roles. I do think he'd be a good addition to any of the top crews, such as ESPN, NFL Network, Fox, etc.
 
I just think it was funny how he spouted all that stuff about Eli and the Giants at the beginning of last season and they go on to win the Super Bowl.
 
Tiki was always one of my favorites but lately he's just been an emabarassment to himself.... heckling on the giants and accidently calling a fellow reporter a **** on tv come to mind. I'd feel better if even keyshawn picked us.

The guy is a putz.don't like him from what i've seen.
