Jeff Zgonina is kinda too small for that position..So hopefully, Timbo will be healthy enough to stop Rudi Rudi Rudi..:fire:

i can't wait until T BO comes back. It would be a blessing for him to be out there Sunday. I don't want him to come back before he is ready though. I also think that Bryan Robinson will help fill that void when he gets used to the defense. He had some nice stops last week VS Tenn. I don't know if he had any recorded tackles but I know he was in on some plays.

Cincy has a big O line, so having a space-eater like Timbo in there is crucial to stopping Rudi Johnson. If Zgonina and Robinson are rotating opposite Chester, we could be in trouble.

I hope Tim is healthy enough to play at least portions of the game. As others have said, that really would be a great help.

no chance in hell timbo plays sunday.

Sorry...the team and the NFL disagree with you. There is a "chance in hell", so that is why he is DOUBTFUL instead of OUT.

i called miss cleo and asked her. His back isnt a weekly injury that just goes away. He will put a lot of pressure on it being down in his stance for a lot of the game. He made his first practice yesterday which is a good sign.

trust me, we NEED him in there to stop rudi. if not I have a feeling cincy will run it up our gut all day long sunday evening. miss cleo just doesnt see him playing.

Sorry to go off topic but, what is going on in your sig? Is that a real play? I'd kill my goalie for doing something like that!

Oh....it's not your sig.....I guess I wasn't off topic then...:D

Here's the scoop from Fanball.com:

News
Defensive tackle Tim Bowens participated in practice for the first time since training camp ended on Thursday, and hasn't been ruled out of Sunday night's game. He has been bothered by a bad back for over two weeks, however, and is still listed as doubtful for the game.

I guess "hasn't been ruled out" is better than "out," which is what the team's oifficial Web site was saying earlier this week. Maybe he'll get some spot duty.

.........3rd week in a row they dont disagree with me.

Like I said before, I wouldnt be suprised if he retired this year. These injuries are not a week to week injury. Losing him is a huge loss, but I dont see him coming back for awhile, if he even does.
