We tried wanny cameron sparano and philbin it didnt work. We tried the hot college coach w saban it didnt work. Now its time for a proven coach who can bring his own people. Cowher gruden billick holmgrem. Im sick of "deer in the headlight" coaches

I want an upcoming college coach.

We've done the coordinator route past few ones and they all suck.

A proven coach ain't coming here.

Harbough would have been awesome but we **** everything up.

Ok, but what proven coach is available?

Then again what is your defenition of proven? Can they coach and get some wins? Sure, plenty of those around.

Can they coach and get us to the super bowl? Well....thats the problem.

Also, need to take into account GM. Coach is only as good as the GM allows him to be.

I'm on board w Shaw..Also, I love your signature Miz.

But, let's be real who would want to coach this dumpster fire with Ross as an owner?

I would love Tony Dungy, as he would be respected by the players and restore order. But I don't know if he would want to coach again, even though he is just in his late 50's. Cowher or Gruden are out there. I don't want a coach like Billick. But who would want to step into this mess?

Hire a college head coach and watch every single season ticket holder not renew. I sure dont want one. The only coaches I would want are Dungy, Gruden or Cowher.

you want to go after THIS guy after the martin Mess???? wow

thats the question, who wants to step into this hornet's nest? NOT Cowher, NOT Gruden. who ever comes is going to have to WANT it bad enough to be at this level

(per my sig...)

I vote Nubs for HC.

He's rah-rah enough!

Who should be the GM?

College coaches don't usually get the respect of the players. The reason why is because NFL players are grown men. Look at the problems in Tampa with Schiano. The Buccaneer players hate Schiano because he treats them like college guys.

Billick or Lovie...please!!!

Uhh please tell me you're joking?

EXACTLY! I dont want to go that route again.

No more on the job training. I want someone with deep playoff experience and maybe a ring to prove it.
Sabin , Cam , Tony and Joe were all rookies. if we make a change lets try the other route this time.

Although Bumps idea has some merit :idk:
