Time for Dolphins OC search to make haste

Why would someone come here if there is no GM in place? They'd be walking into an inferno hot seat with their job on the line if the Fins miss the playoffs.

It's a tough situation indeed. I wanted McAdoo but one must think taking the Giants job just one hour after meeting with us throws up some red flags...

I can picture him walking out and saying: "**** this soap opera ****, NY I'm in"

I hope it is a guy that Joe feels good about. Of course, we will hear sound bytes saying so, but over the next year. Joe should have the coaches he wants to win on Sunday. Period.

This just brings the lulz on so many levels. If you think Miami is drama...he hasn't seen anything yet, wait till the NY media gets a hold of him. Not that Tom Coughlin is on solid ground either...another season like the one he had and he's probably gone and into retirement. Also McAdoo has to work with a QB that is either the worst QB at turning the ball over or in the top 3 at least. Eli is the opposite of his brother, terrible regular season QB but money in the playoffs...but you have to get in the playoffs first.

Talk about drama...he's heading straight for the drama capital of the world lol.

Haha very true. NY is and always will be drama filled. I am happy and optimistic with our new hire
