I got in a discussion with a friend of mine who's a Vikes fan. Liking a team that would be severley affected by an uncapped NFL, his response to the this mess is basicly "My name is Ignito Montoya, you killed my football. Prepare to die."

Curious about the feelings of Miami fans. We would be in the top half of revenues, but several teams are ahead of us. Is it time for the fans voice to be heard and hit the NFL where it hurts them most, in their wallet. Would a mass cancelation of season tickets, nfl ticket, no more purchase of merchandise be something you would consider?

Who cares if un capped?
I disagree, having no cap will put into affect a lot of akward rules. You can read them on profootballtalk.com Also it will slowly take away parity, which imo is pretty important. Its what makes things like the pats dynasty so special. (kills me to say that) but as a football fan in general the CBA has to get done or I feel the NFL will begin a decline and be with the likes of the MLB.

I would never boycott the NFL, love it too much

I am with you, a no cap season will turn the NFL as we know it upside down. There will be no team loyalty which will affect fan loyalty and possible gate receipts. Now as to a boycott, I don't think you'd get enough people onboard to make a difference. Besides the owner's would wait it out in 2007 and then raise the prices in 2008 to make up for it.

No, if the NFLPA and the Owner's don't settle this ASAP, this season is going to byte. There are about 10 teams that are going to have their pick in free agency and they will become dynasty's and we are NOT going to be one of them. We'll be like the Marlin's after their first World Series.... gadzooks.

I dont think we will be in trouble at all. We might not make the money some teams do, but if we build a dynasty or even a MAJOR power with Waynes money (which he seems more then willing to spend) our revenue would go up immensely. The teams that are screwed are small market teams or ones with stingy owners. I would probably still watch, but then again I am not sure because Wayne might pull a 97 marlins on us after winning. Until i see what happens i can't make a definite decision.
