Time for the front office to step up

Manning & Wife Like Miami + The Mannings just bought a place to live in Miami + He needs to be in the best situation to get another ring + The Dolphins owners has been very vocal, he wants Payton in Miami if he proves to be healthy = A Possible Franchise QB in Miami Finally.

Manning, Flynn, RG3 and Tannehill are all sitting there available. Time to pull the trigger. I am not sure which is the best way to go. The front office shooting blanks on all 4 is my biggest fear.
