The Final Decision:
The Jets take the advantage at positions, Fullback, Wide Receiver, Offensive Line, Linebacker, and Defensive Back. They are equal at the Quarterback position. The Dolphins take advantage at the Running Back, and Defensive Line position. I think going into the season the Jets are the better team right now.

I did not see this posted last week but i stubbled upon it. I definitely think the writer is wrong about Richardson being better than Polite, but he had some fair judgements.

Uh no to Fullback and Wideout. Richardson is good, but his pass protection is vastly overrated and its not hard to get 1000 yards rushing when you rush the ball 45 times per game and have one of the best O-lines in the NFL. and calling John Connor the next greatest fullback? I'll take Rawshan Jackson over him.

Wideout.
Braylon Edwards, Santonio Holmes, Jerrico Cotchery, Brad Smith
Brandon Marshall, Greg Camarillo, Davone Bess, Brian Hartline.

Marshall over Edwards, Holmes over Camarillo, Bess and Cotchery is tied right now., Hartline over Smith

If I can count, thats 2-1-1 in the Wideout department.

I'm not giving Cotchery the edge yet until we see both seasons this year. Yeah Cotchery had a pro bowl season, but he was also the only option to throw to that year.

Dbacks and Linebackers go to the Jets though. O-line is slight edge to Jets but we will see this year.

Do we really need another thread comparing the Phins/Jets. Especially one where the article is from a Jet's fan for the Bleacher Report. The Phins fans think the Dolphins are better and the Jets fans think the Jets are better and that's basically what it comes down to. We can argue in circles about it for the next 3 months, but until the season starts and the games are played no one will know the truth.

Really with Bess and Cotchery equal? Cotchery would get the nod over Camarillo, he is just a better player.

After all these years....finally an article to end this argument....I'm sure this is the last we'll hear about it.

I wrote a Bleacher Report article on Henne, which is not from a Jets fan's perspective.

I read your article it was good. However, this article (which is the one I am speaking about) once again breaks the teams down by a position by position analysis and compares them. This is like the 5th thread I've seen started on this and it's getting a little redundant.

 Good one. I hope we see more Jets-Phins stuff in the coming years, it will mean we are both big time teams and people care to write about us.

I vote we make a Jets section on this site, under the Beasts of the AFC East that don't include the Jets.

Do the Bills even exist anymore?

People really need to stop posting things from bleacher report

I apologize man for some reason I thought this was the thread I made.

Sorry, but Cotchery is a well better receiver than Bess.
