its obvious this front office is not looking to contend for another 3 years. if this is the reasoning we need to blow up the roster. trade taylor, cut zach, trade culpepper, trade chambers, trade ricky, etc.

blow up the roster, acquire multiple draft picks.
 
HAHAHA You are pathetic. No heart what so ever. Give up just like that? You think before last year Saints fans didn't think the same and look what happend to them.

So we didn't overpay for overrated free agents such as Nate Clements, Adalius Thomas, Eric Steinbach, etc. etc. GOOD!! There are still very good options such as Leonard Davis T/G , Kris Dielman G, and LB Joey Porter.

We will be fine. Let nature take it's course for crying it out loud before you write us off.

no heart? if you think adalius thomas is overrated you lack basic talent evaluation skills
 
Getting rid of low production players with fat contracts is a good thing for the health of the Dolphin organization.

If they continue along these lines we are going to become a perennial powerhouse again starting in 08. Next year can be good too if we stay healthy. It will be difficult for the Dolphins to have good depth with all the dead cap money from Carter, Wilkinson, and McMichael; and maybe even Culpepper. But our cap situation next year will be a lot different especially if we just take our hits this year and not drag them out.

Why? Because they didn't spend 81 million to sign Clements or 50 million for Steinbach?

Do I win? Is it the first post of its kind? I dont know what to say, I didnt even have a speech prepared.

There are still a few guys out there that would really help us out on both sides of the ball. Porter has to be our top priority now with all the oline men out of the pic. But there are still people out there like Ken Hamlin or that ol men Stinthcomb (spell check) who will be a nice upgrade i think. I also think Neoplian Harris would be a nice addition to the team. And he shouldnt be too expensive. I would love to see Harris, Crowder move inside with zach and porter on the other side when we play 3-4. And if we pick up ken hamlin we can move j allen to CB to help out the people there. If we can do something like that in F.A. then we could just concentrate on pick up a few oline men and a WR maybe a development type QB in the 3rd and a DL in the forth.
 
there is no need to gut the team. Yeah we need help in alot of areas but it could be fix with a few good F.A. and 2 or 3 solid draft picks. But i do have to say that the dolphins need to get alittle more aggressive if they want to land a few of the guys left in F.A

if we sign porter instead of adalius then i will seriously question the compentance of our FO
 
Let's not panic...there are still good football players out there. This convinces me we will pick a couple of guards in the draft and a center. We will be fine.
 
no way we cut zach and taylor. There the heart and soul of the team. It would be the equivilent of my oilers trading smyth. They started there carrers here and will finish them here.

Don't attack posters.

The Saints won by turning over 66% of their roster. I hope the Dolphins are thinking along those lines.
