seeme like everyoen hear wnat us to draft ginn in the first round...soem of us with the 9th pick whihc seems absurd to me...if it was pre injury understandable, but hes injured and might never be the same player again......also i wonder if any of us have seen 11 seconds of joe staley playing...and actually playing not a highlight video from you tube

I agree with you on Ginn.

Where'd you get that info on Ginn possibly never being the same again?

If that was even the slightest possibility, he'd be a 2nd/3rd-rounder.

well, what can we really do? We are just fans. All we can hope, is that the selection we make ends up being a great player. Whether I wanted the player or not, I will gladly come back here and say that I was wrong if we end up with a playmaker. And that should be the same for all of us.

Also, Ginn will be the same player again. He has a midfoot sprain. By training camp he will be 100%. And yes, I have seen a few hours of Staley playing, let along 11 seconds. I am no draft guru like some on this site, but I have watched games of Staley.

Exactly, Ginn will be the same. It is rediculous mentioning that he wont.

If you look at it Peyton Ma. is a great qb but you will hardly hear about those two receivers. That what makes Payton Ma. look good

Also miami mabe trade foe qb green you better hope fins will go after ted Ginn.

The thought of Chambers, Hagan, Ginn and Booker make me quiver with delight!!!

Quiver with delight?

He makes them look just as good as they make him look.

Harrison was a very good receiver before Peyton but not what he became after Peyton arrived. Peyton also was already a star BEFORE Wayne.

Tired of the Ginn bandwagon?

Not as tired as some of us having to listen to people purposely posting ridiculously flawed information about the kid, simply because they favor another player. If you consistantly have to tear another player down to make your choice look better, then maybe your choice is not the player you think he is.

I don't think he posted flawed information, he didn't say anything like "reports have shown he will never be the same again." Its just fact that players with injuries often have them as recurring injuries. Sure he might be just fine, but why take the risk in the first round! I mean it was a sprained ankle and he is still out. I agree that there is a chance he might not be the same player and even if he is he is still un-polished. Relied on speed in college and once he gets the pros with faster corners and harder hitting safties, I am thinking Ginn is going to be in a world of hurt. Avoid him like the plague!

I have seen Staley play, one game on ESPN last year. He's good, but I just didn't see him really dominating against so so competition. He's got tons of potential- top 20? Sure, why not. Top 10? No thank you. If he's our guy, I hope that we slide down to get him.
