Judging from the myriad of threads that were posted on this site there were a lot of upset people who sent thousands of e-mails to the NFL and Direct TV complaining about their decision not to air the Titans-Dolphins game.It turns out that the fans may be right and the NFL is exposing itself to antitrust lawsuits.

wait wait wait........everything Florio posts you guys trash as garbage, junk, he is a moron...yadda yadda yadda

NOW, he has something you agree with and you are ready to support him and think he is a genius??? LOL, holy double standard batman!

Florio is an idiot, and about 95% of what he posts is garbage. But even the blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. No double standard here.

However, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the NCAA and NFL are conspiring to limit competition, which is the essence of an anti-trust suit. The NCAA and NFL have a non-compete agreement, which was a big part of the decision not to air the Saturday game. This hasn't come up before, because everyone is pretty happy with the Saturday/Sunday arrangement. But when an NFL game was moved to Saturday, that created an issue. The NFL's refusal to air it outside the Titan and Dolphin markets was a textbook example of limiting competition for the greater benefit of both sides.
