Grier was here for those 7 years and was an integral part of talent acquisition for most of it.

Still bizarre that pretty much everyone could see how to build a team around Tannehill except them.

Had they drafted a beast like Henry and had Tannehill as a complimentary QB in a hard-nosed running offense maybe we wouldn’t have been spinning wheels for nearly a decade.

This is exactly what Dan Campbell said and wanted to do. He got it. Philbin and Gase not so much.

There is a reason everybody else is gone but Grier survived. I am sure it is not because of his good looks. The past offseason was unlike any other offseason we had in over 2 decades.

It’s funny how many people here were spot-on re Tannehill: in the right scheme and with support, he will deliver.
We’re seeing that here.

I absolutely hated how both Philbin and Gase used Tannehill.
