Titans suspend 'Pacman' for one game

The Tennessee Titans suspended cornerback Adam “Pacman†Jones on Wednesday for one game as punishment for his long list of off-field incidents. Jones won’t play Sunday against Jacksonville.

Coach Jeff Fisher said after practice that Jones also will be fined what he called “significant financial ... considerations.†Jones also faces potential punishment from the NFL for violating its personal conduct policy.

Fisher said Jones was very concerned and will make a statement later this week.

“This is the defining moment in his career,†Fisher said.

Jones’ agent, Michael Huyghue, said they hadn’t been officially notified and had no immediate comment.

The latest police problem for Jones, the Titans’ top draft pick in 2005 and the sixth choice overall, occurred before last week’s 28-22 victory over Houston in which he intercepted his first pass and returned a punt 53 yards for a touchdown.

I think he will be a good player. He seems to be getting better at the corner position and he's a beast on punt returns, but the man is an *******.
