To all those in the Suck For Luck campaign

If it makes you feel any better Vaark, you have no idea how much it pains me to say I'll concede a loss to the Jest. But unfortunately I have to go with my heart in what's best for the future of this team. It's not a fun position to be in for any of us.
 
i cannot ever root for the jets sorry
i wouldn't even root for the jets during the patriots perfect season..

Who are you to tell me whether or not I have a soul based on whether or not I agree with you? Go find something to suck on and keep it moving.

Yes. Look at what a disaster this team is. I don't want there to be ANY chance that Sparano and Ireland weasel their way back for another season. I want the Dolphins to have the #1 pick. If that means losing to the Jets on Monday night, then so be it. I want to vomit just typing that, but that's how bad the Dolphins are right now.

The team is a complete embarrassment. Ireland, Sparano, and every one of the clowns Tony brought with him from Connecticut need to be given their pink slips on January 2nd at 9am sharp.

Well, firing someone involves paperwork and I'd hate for someone in the front office on the business side to have to come in on a Sunday to fire a couple of clowns.
 
Haven't won a playoff game since 2000, haven't been to an AFC championship game since Jan 1993, haven't won more than 11 games in a season since 1990...just some of the reason for "Suck for Luck." [with a new coaching staff of course]. We want the Dolphins to get back to being a playoff contender year in and year out. Going through 15 second rate QBs in 11 years hasn't worked. Time to draft one in the Top 5 of the draft.

But still, I'd love to get one win against the Jets on national TV. We can lose all the rest after that. 1-15 or even 2-14 should be good enough for #1 pick.
 
yes i hope the jets beat us i hope they kill us i'm sick of going 7-9 every year and getting nothing
 
What a crappy fan base. I wonder if the Chargers ran a suck for Leaf campaign. That sure worked out. On the other hand, losing and getting a number one pick almost every year is a sure fire way to revamp your team. Just ask Detriot. I guess that is what you guys want to model this team after? I guess the Dolphins need to win about 4-5 games per year for the next 10 years to please you. Fact: There are no guarantees. Luck may suck, the Dolphins may keep Sparano, or the next coach might be even worse. Lose intentionally, and you may still lose "accidentally" for another 10 years. Always root for a win.
 
Of course I'll root to beat the jests. 1-15 with the win against those green frauds sounds perfect. We get Luck and get to crow about one of our all-time crappiest teams still being able to beat them.

I think all of us would like to be in the Lions position right now. High picks used intelligently can completely turn around a franchise. I'm also sure there was a segment of the Chargers fanbase who wanted their crappy team to be in position to take a top QB. Maybe if they'd sucked more they would have had Peyton. You've made an extremely strong case to Suck4Luck.

Exactly. Losing to the Jets on Monday night isn't going to make a damn bit of difference if we're winning big in a few years with Andrew Luck. This season is GONE.

I'm not gonna go out and root for the Jets. And I'm not gonna root for the Dolphins to lose. But in the grand scheme of things...BIG picture...it's not gonna make a difference if we win or lose that Monday.
