Play younger players Lippett, Ajayi, Parker, Phillips, Fede, Vigil, Hewitt and Matt Hazel. Nothing to lose. There's no reason to play guys like Greg Jennings over younger players.

I agree with Hayden- sign S Satele if Pouncey out for any length of time. Play Jamil Douglas at LG.

Cut Damien Williams, call up Jonas Grey for good. Show team that there are consequences for bad play/dumb decisions that aren't corrected

Start raiding other teams' practice squads for DB, OL and LB prospects.
 
I agree to play the kids for next year. Of course, not sure if that's the agenda for the coaching staff or front office, some of which won't be here
 
Unleash Tannehill. Let him audible, let him take the best play for the defense that is lined up in front of him. We need to see what he can do on his own and not under the microscope of Lazor. Let him play loose, roll out, run. If Ryan gets the reins and sucks it up, then we know he's not the guy, but if he tears it up we'll know it's the system.
Step in here Campbell, make this happen!

I agree 100%. If the reports are true that they are only allowing him to run the plays that are called, then Lazor is a bigger idiot than I thought. He should be able to audible and use his athleticism instead of looking tentative and taking way too many sacks. Time to open up the offense and evaluate talent to see who stays and who goes in the offseason.
 
First I feel the coaching staff has provided ZERO coaching, so IMO the F.O. should dictate to the coaches and as Campbell has said he has zero legs to stand on.

I want to see some Matt Hazel along with Parker
Cut Damien Williams
Bench Jamar Taylor
Give Coples palying time
Give Lippett playing time
Force Lazor to normalize the offense as much as possible to push ball down filed
Make them run the ball more
Make them incorporate TE's into gameplan
Tell HC to make damn adjustments from what he sees in a game
Take chances & be agressive
