I just wanted to remind you all that the experts who create the game lines are giving the Fins just 1 point? These people whose livelihood is to create the most accurate lines as possible in order to make money gave us only 1 point? The same betting lines that year in and year out are eriely close to reality....

This being said why do you feel you are so much more talented? Or feel you are going to blow us out Monday? because you are 3-1?....you beat New England which is a good accomplishment, but the Bills outplayed them and basically beat them the week before...they are a different team now, you beat the tennesee titans.....who are 0-4, and in the NFL it doesnt matter what you did last year....and you beat the texans who are also dissapointing and have the worst dfense in the NFL....im not taking away your 3-1 record. In the NFL you play your scheadual and deal with it, and 3 wins puts you in great position. However our 3 losses, 2 of which were extremely close were to far superior teams at the time they were played (new england is now)....

Im just warning you guys, dont drink the coolaid the natl media puts on you like they did early last year. And as we have being "dark horse" favorites each year. ESPN and the media love to suck New Yorks dick, but in reality this game will be very close, between 2 good nfl teams....

To expect a blowout on the road when we gave arguably the best team in the NFL all they could handle and should have won is incredibley arrogant and stupid. And apparently your eating what Rex is bc arrogance and entitlement ooze from his pores....

Remember experts, not espn ********ers, gave a 1-3 team +1 on your mighty 3-1 jets....theres a reason, wake up
 
I find this board a lot more enjoyable now that I've put all the jets fans on my ignore list.

Clearly football games are decided by the line. I wasnt worried but now...
 
The Jets fans have been silient, biting their tongues for a long time after the humiliation of last season. Let them get ahead of themselves again, just like last year, it will be the same out come. They think they are a lot better than they actually are, and their QB isn't the next coming of Namath. Let them drink the kool-aid, just like they did last year before reality smacked em back down to earth.

The thread was telling you that the game is expected to be very close and will be...not that were a guranteed win, and to stop being a dumb dbag and thinking its going to be a blowout....but you obviously missed that point...

Clearly you dont bet or know how accurate most lines are...Clearly your more knowlegable than vegas line writters....and clearly the Jets will just destroy the Fins and Clearly your a f%cking retard and a typical Jets homer...If your gonna make the effort to come to this board and read and respond, make sure you read...thanks ******

Yea agreed...Ok Jets fans let ESPN gently stroke Rex's, Sanchez's, and your ballsacks.
 
Hey we have had our issues of fumbling and not holding onto the ball this year to win some of those games we lost. The Jets are good in that dept causing fumbles whatever so I can see where the experts are coming from. After watching Henne hold the ball to long when playing Bufallo that lend more credence to the fire that points will be hard to come by for us. So based on our history so far this year there are reasons to believe those experts.

Still the season is young all the history is not written it is still to be determined which teams are for real and which ones are flops. With a new QB like Henne we have our work cut out for us. But I do believe this team is much better than last year regardless of the record and this coaching staff are not going to let any of our players off the hook if they do not come to the game ready to play. They will simply replace them if that is the case. Something the phins have needed around here for a long time by the way. That by the way is why the did not pick up Edwards this staff is not in the baby sitting business they just are not. Edwards may turn out to be a steal but right now the guy is a big baby and our guys just do not want that issue. Good for them too the rest of the NFL should follow the example. We have enough over paid jerks playing in the NFL simply because teams are willing to overlook their behavior because of their talent.

I wouldn't care if he was the next coming of Namath. Namath is probably the most overrated QB of all time.

He IS the most overrated QB of all time, but then again, if you take one of the most pathetic franchises on the NFL to the SB and win it, you should be consider god!:lol:

I don't understand why are the Jets fans so low class spoken, their site doesn't even ban them for insults and the f-words, I guess that if they ban them for insults their vocabulary would be reduced to .. we are the best team because.... we are!. Now I understand why they spell the J-E-T-S on games .... to let other Jets fans know how to spell it!!!! :crazy:

The Jets have been dogs in every game except 1 this year. What's your point? The Vegas line is set with getting an equal amount of action on both sides as a big priority. Public perception plays a huge role in this. The Fins won big last week, the Jets lost by two scores and it's in Miami. You're a home dog - that means vegas is pretty sure the Jets are the better team and people will be taking them.
 
My thought exactly on this post. Why fear the Jets, they haven't proved crap to me.
 
There is a very good chance this will be a close game, but who cares about the line. The jets haven't been favored yet this year
