Which NFL teams would you really be happy with? The Packers coming off Super Bowl win, Patriots and Steelers multiple championships in the past decade. Those are the only three I can think of. Of course you might be more optimistic about some franchises, but really happy I don't think even the Colts would please you: "Too many playoff failures and only one Superbowl with Manning."

Oh goodie. Yet another one of these threads.

Thank you ... seems like we only get about a half dozen of these per day. :bobdole:

WTF is this thread even about? The Dolphins are the team I root for if that's what your asking.

The point of the thread is that some people here just like to complain and wouldn't be happy if the Dolphins had the same results as the Colts. Is that clear enough for you.

Heres a list of franchises i would be happy with (still love my phins though, jut answering ur question)

Falcons
Pats
Ravens
Packers
Texans
Steelers
Colts
Bears
Giants
Eagles
Cowboys

Just to name a few..IMO these are allfranchises who hav winning a their #1 priority, yea sometimes the moves they make may not work out just like any othe team but at least the moves they make look like good moves and make sense according to their team needs and seem to improve almost every year or at least stay competetive opposite of what it seems the phins do sometimes...some the moves we make are, well lets call them "questionable"

usually if your team doesnt win the whole thing you will find many doubters
look at the heat for example they made it to the last dance and many are doubting they
will get back to the finals next year..

This is actually the worst of all the whiney crybaby threads. At least the others ones had some type of valid point. This thread is just a pointless poorly written rant.

I dont want another team (See Helmet Below)...I just want a ****ING QB!

You wouldnt be happy with the Saints? If I were a Jets fan I would be happy with them too.

Well, I live in Massachusetts. I have for all 28 years of my life. All my friends (well, most of them anyway) are huge Patriots fans. I've been given the opportunity to be a Patriot season ticket holder more than once. I sat at home while my friends attended parade after parade while I was in college. The local media loves to slurp their Pats and crap on teams like the Dolphins. I've been laughed at, had snowballs thrown at me, and told by friends and family that I need to switch teams. But I'll tell you this. I'd rather go through ALL OF THAT with my team than spend ONE SECOND as a Patriots fan. So I definitely wouldn't be happy with that.

And to more seriously answer your question, I've been a fan since I was ten, the year after they last made the AFC Championship Game. I think I'd like to see that for now, and go from there.

I guess some of us who date back to the pre-Griese days remember when you spent more time supporting your teams than knocking them.

I was just naming teams off the top of my head obviously left a couple out..add the saints to that list but not he jets...jets fans only have the last 2 years to be happy about, they seem as though they are oing in the right direction but everyhing in their past made it hard to be a jetfan (i live in ny so ive seen it first hand)
