"Then there's the door."

"Think about this, Mr. Ross. Haven't you consulted with any Dolphins? They know I'm doing a good job."
"I've sought the advice of many Dolphins. They all say the same thing..."
"This is horse crap. I'm not the problem here. I won't allow things to get better to make me look bad."
"Then we'll have to part ways. Everyone hates you."
"Sorry, Jeff. We'll say we mutually agreed to part ways, but, in reality..."
"... You're fired."
