I like the way Patrick Turner looks for a big man running routes. Really high on him. I think that will end up a steal. He's even more crisp than I would have thought and he always catches with his hands. You can really see how crisp he is next to another big man Brandon London...who is now in a dog fight to make the team and might be on the outside looking in.

But Anthony Armstrong...boy I want to see him play some preseason. He's smoking fast and this year he looks even more crisp and controlled than last year, and last year he made a heck of a case for trying to make the team.

After watching that video I can really see a big difference in the route running of our different receivers. Ginn and Turner looked very sharp to me.

wow does brown look like a monster. I hope he didn't lose any speed gaining a few pounds

A little off-topic but I read somewhere that Baltimore is having issues with TE's. With so many bodies in camp I could see Martin getting shipped off to Balt to be reunited with Cam.

I thought turner and hartline really stood out. Ginn also looked much better, he is much smoother in his routes. Great to see the upgrade of talent.

Couldn't agree more....Turner runs much crisper routes than London....he just looks better than London to me all around....

How about that throwing motion and release from Patrick Turner as well, eh? lol Impressive....

We have a Bball team playing WR.......LOL
Those cats are TALL

Im sure u are not suprised that Turner is more polished than London.
Turner was like the second ranked Wr in his class coming into college and definately was coached up real well at USC. I like Turner, wanted Nicks and feel there is a big drop off but Turner is a talented kid. London is not in good shape with the team and two draft picks that high almost always stick. I never understood all the hype on this board with London. He has always seemed a fringe NFL player.

As for Armstrong, it all matters how many receivers we are going to carry.
He seems locked in a losing numbers game no matter what. Unless one is still injured or gets injured, Bess, Ginn, Camirillo, Turner and Hartline are locks. I doubt we carry more than 5 receivers.
