We are about to sign DB Reynaldo Hill, lately of the Raiders. We have no further interest in Beasley after meeting with him. We are waiting to finalize things with Michael Bennet only after the Ricky situation works itself out and still have interest in Law, Milloy, and Arrington.

We entertained Giant CB Will Allen, will have Julian Peterson in for a looksee and will sign, likely today, WR Kelly Campbell and TE Justin Peele.

They confirm Hill, indicate we still have an interest in Ashworth, and report Adams agent expects an offer today.

So it looks like today haul will be at least a DB, a TE, and a WR, all with ST backgrounds I believe.

Some of this stuff is in other threads. I just thought it would be nice to have it all together in one place and I couldn't sleep this morning. Enjoy
 
it looks good for Adams, and I think we've got a greak shot at either LaVar or JP.

LaVar is supposedly interested in only two teams; us and the G-Men. JP's only visit so far was with the Lions, and his agent (the other Poston) made a push to get this meeting.

If we signed JP, we'd have 2 guys who Saban recruited and developed at Michigan State.

He is actually the free agent i want the most at this point.

but what is weird is that the Pats are under tha cap and are not attempting to resign him...why?

Thanks for the update and research on possible signings. It's enough to make your head spin.

Anyone remember the last time we've had such an active offseason?
 
so we are going to have peterson visit monday? make a push at allen? ashworth? and adams today??? thats NASTY they all better be gettin fired up to come to south beach...... come on saban, sign em up.

i really do hope we get at least 1/2 of those guys. i would really be estatic.

Peterson or Arrington would be a HUGE catch! With the possible signings of a LB & DT....I'd really like to see a CB with the #16.

Tye Hill, Cromartie (FSU), or the kid out of South Carolina.....in a perfect world, we'd trade down picking up a #2 and still grabbing one of these guys, IMO.
