Toledo, Goodman, and Soi out for start of training camp

newly signed Brian Soi was also put on the PUP list (wrist)

Joe Toledo = Yatil Green. The way its looking he'll never see the playing field. Injuries are busting him

And our best cover corner...:(

Hmm I think that is a slap to Yatil Green. Green was a very talented college player that deserved to be drafted when he did, on the other hand Toledo did very little in college to merit his draft position unless being injured equals something. I do understand you are just comparing thier injury prowness but Toledo you could see coming a mile away since he was injured every year in college. Stil wonder if somone wants to slam me for thinking Johnathon Scott was a better choice.

Toledo has been out for so long, im not sure if he will truly be healthy enough to help us....how hard will it be for him if he misses half or all of this season to truly be able to come back in 08 and make an impact? i mean, heck was he that good b4 the injury??

Yeah, Im just comparing players who werent able to help due to injury. Too bad about Yatil. With his speed we could have had a much better offense in the Jimmy Era...

I agree entirely. When we got Yatil Green we were at least a bit excited. Joe Toledo had this written all over him and most said he would probably just continue the injury woes in the NFL.

Toledo is just cursed. Agree with the Y. Green comparisons. Geez that was frustrating back in the day to see Yatil get injured all the time. What could have been of our deep passing game if he was healthy?! Toledo being injured may make us appreciate Mormino and Satele being drafted even more assuming they develop quickly.

The same was said about Yatil Green (JJ even asked him if he was going to stay healthy to justify the pick) ... the difference in expectations are Joe Toledo was a 4th rounder while Yatil was a first round pick.

Any official word on when they will be available...

to return to camp? How serious is Soi's wrist injury? I realize Toledo and Goodman had more complex medical issues.

AFAIK, Goodman is supposed to be healthy for the season he is only letting hsi shoulder heal right now. Joe Toledo...man he is a fixture on the IR.
