This is what I found in ESPN´s "experts take" about Tom Ashworth:
(Sorry if it has been posted allready)

Ashworth has marginal size for the offensive tackle position lacking the bulk and strength you would like to have. He makes up for his lack of bulk with speed and quickness. He has excellent foot quickness and he takes a good positive first step to his blocks and he can match a defenders speed off the ball. He has very good running ability and the best part of his game is his movement. He has long arms and he uses his hands well to create separation in pass protection and he does a good job of locking on with his hands in the run game. He takes good angles to his blocks and he plays with good leverage and good balance. He shows the ability to re set his feet in pass protection and he has the lateral movement to handle speed rushers on the outside and he can mirror and slide with a defender. He has the speed and quickness to get to the second level and he has success in hitting a moving target however he needs to improve this part of his game and do a better job of sustaining. He plays with good intelligence and he is capable of handling stunts and twists in the line of scrimmage and he is generally in good position. He lacks the bulk and strength to get a lot of movement on the line of scrimmage and a good strong bull rush can give him problems. He needs to add some bulk and get stronger for the complete package.
