I wasn't crazy about Johnson's game day coaching but you can't knock his drafts too much. He assembled one of the best defenses we have ever had and started with one of the worst. Drafting was not his problem. The rest of them sucked, I agree!

To be fair Cameron wasnt that hot. Even though he did accomplish his goal of Fail Forward Fast. I expect this week we will have Farmer become out GM
 
I definitely dont think JJ nor Saban sucked. We would have multiple playoff appearances if he woulda stayed IMO

Madison, Wisconsin: The family and I spent Christmas Eve day at the beach, bud. Not even joking a little bit. If you ever want to uproot, believe me, bring your talents South Beach.

I disagree, the fans and team wanted to get away from wannstedt ball, and wanted the best offense they could get, cameron as a offensive mind was a pretty hot candidate. Chargers offense and his ability to coach qbs up made him an immediate favorite for the job.
 
Gamble would be the cream of the crop IMO. Exactly why he's not coming to Miami.

I want candidates to be falling all over themselves for positions with the team because they are considered plum jobs.
 
Gamble is comfortable where he is at.I think we need to continue looking.

South Beach lifestyle is NOT for everyone. Not everyone in the United States is a beach bum.
