this should be really interesting to see. frerotte has looked good this preseason, itll be interesting to see if lemon outplays frerotte

Shouldnt be too hard just hold on to the ball and he will be fine.
Ferrotte should end up with at least 2 turnovers.

We released Berlin, but I think Joey Harrington is going to get a decent amount of playing time tonight too.

Remember, it certainly wouldn't hurt if we showcased Harrington this preseason and regular season then shipped him off to the highest bidder next year.

I think it would more likely be Harrington vs. Frerrotte, the starters won't be playing much, but the backups should be getting the fair majority of the snaps.

i only say frerotte v. lemon because they were both on our roster last year, and some thought lemon would outperform frerotte going into this year if frerotte had stayed

INDEED. Saban will do the same with Joey as he intended to do with Ricky. Bring the guy in, build his stock and ship him out. Both are also good insurance.

Harrington will eat Frerrote's lunch, Frerrote CAN make big plays, but he throws the ball away 4 times for each one.

Saban never intended to trade Ricky anywhere. You don't often find a pro bowl talent that is forced to play for pittance without the ability to demand more money.

Saban doesn't make roster decisions because fans are hurt by a guy's history of actions.

That would've been an interesting training camp. Frerotte often makes the correct read, but can't deliver the ball consistently or very accurately. I have been impressed with Lemon's composure and his ability to scramble. It would've been a close call between those two, I think.

Funny how Fiedler is cut, Feeley is traded, and Frerotte is second string clipbord holder.

Here is how much the QBs will most likely play tonight:

1st Quarter: Culpepper
2nd Quarter: Culpepper out / Harrington comes in
3rd Quarter: Harrington starts / Lemon comes in
4th Quarter: Lemon finishes / Maybe Vick gets a series or two at the end?
