He has been consistently praising the team all season. Makes me wonder if there could be something going on behind the scenes at high levels. Could he be in line for an executive position with the team? I think he and Philbin would be a great pairing at first glance.
This is just wild speculation though..
 
Would welcome a man as revered as tony dungy in the executive staff here...winners breed winning. Think his personality matches well with philbin
 
Ross has reached out to him repeatedly for advice and I think is even paying him now in that capacity. So of course he has a vested interest in helping the team restore its image -- it boosts Dungy's rep, too. It's a smart move by Ross, by the way.

I know some people have mixed feelings on Tony Dungy for his views about things other than football, but I think having him associated with the Dolphins in this manner is great for the team. It's unfortunate that Don Shula's health doesn't permit him to be that guy, but I am glad Ross has found someone to help restore the team's credibility in the mind of the football public.

I would love to see him as head of football operations for the fins.
 
Tony Dungy is welcomed at whatever position he wants. he is a great mind.
 
Well one thing about Dungy - he likely wouldn't tolerate Incog and want him gone. But then again, if Martin turned out to be gay or gay-like, he wouldn't have much use for him either.

imo Vaark, the Martin issue is not gender-sexuality; I believe he never liked being moved to the right-side coming from Stanford, and wasn't having it after McKinnie was signed. how many players compile a dossier of phone calls and text messages against fellow teammates?

Outside of football, Dungy is a devout Christian who has campaigned against gay marriage. And I'll leave the rest for the left/right cheerleaders on the POFO.
