more catches tonight than Marshall did! Lippett and Howard were fantastic!

Am starting to feel so good about our dbs. Weakness has now strenght.

Xavien Howard is a really good rookie cornerback.

But Tony Lippett has impressed the hell out of me. We knew he was going to be a multi-year project when we drafted him, and here we are. Yeah, he has been burned and struggled tackling at times, but he's getting better and better in coverage and he has great ball skills. That first interception, for him to be able to track and play that ball better than the receiver in flight, that's a dangerous skill to have.

Pretty impressed by these two.

I thought Howard looked the part earlier in the season, but he played much better than I thought he was. Guy shows no fear going up against a big receiver in Marshall.

We'll have Howard, Lippett and Maxwell next year most likely. Just need to upgrade the slot CB from McCain.

Too bad Maxwell can't play inside.

Classic Brandon Marshall. This is the guy who fans need to Denver him as. So thankful not to have to cheer for a guy who gives up so easily and so often puts in little to no effort to help his QB.

Howard and Lippett were terrific tonight and with Maxwell we are in great shape for the future if we can get them some LB and Safety help.

How I wish we still had Reshad back there. The secondary would go from "better than expected" to "nasty."

Maybe Marshall will shut the hell up now! ... Guess he forgot his flag that he brought with him.

And indeed ... Howard and Lippett are getting better. Lippett has had a very quiet season.

So does anybody still want to draft a corner in the first round of the 2017 draft?

We have bigger needs.

LB, TE, DE...and guards...oh yeah, and we might need a healthy center.

Tonys picks were great but you really have to hand it to Howard to come in cold and ball right away. There were ten guys on the field not playing well and then there was Howard saving the day in the early going. He stabilized the team and once they got going they didn't stop.

Howard is looking to be a REALLY good corner! I love that he is almost always right on top of the receiver. It makes me sick when I see catches that aren't even contested at all. I rarely see that with him. He got burnt on the come-back for one play tonight, but that was about it.
