On how Reggie Bush fit into the offense today: “That’s the thing Reggie (Bush) can do. Obviously handing him the football is easy but being able to get him the ball in space out there in some check-down situations, in some swing route situations or even some the empty stuff that we worked on a little bit out here today was good for us. To get him out there in that kind of space the guy is going to be really hard to tackle.”

Hope it works out well for Miami. If Bush can stay healthy, teams will have to account for him on every play. I just hope we are not relying on him too much. It'd be nice to sign Ricky back to give us a good insurance policy as well.

Another reason I'd like to see us in more 4 WR threats. I'd like to see us really open up the field and get Reggie on the outside against a linebacker.

I agree. 4 WR sets would open up the underneath for Bush and create all sorts of mismatches. LBs cannot hang with Bush. Speed kills.

What are they planning on doing? Attaching the ****ing football to a revived Space Shuttle???

you'd probably see teams after we burned them with a backer go to taking the backer off the field and rolling with an extra secondary player...but i guess that would likely depend on the down and distance...but yeah if we can get bush in one on ones with any lb or safety i like our odds every time

Would that not be ideal and then we can motion into a running play? Maybe a one back set or even an offset play with Clay back there with Bush. If they keep the LBs out there we torch them with the pass.
