For some reason I am not buying this! Seeing how we have a new OC and a new system I'm thinking there is a plan or two to see it in motion.
 
I figure Tony's game-planning excuses, in case the doody hits the fan ... like last years 4 pre-season games.
 
Yea first preseason game they really never prepare, and I highly doubt they were going to do anything with the limited training camp. Just go out there and execute the things you set out to do on offense and defense.
 
That's actually good news. Don't waste any time on gameplanning, just focus on working on the team.

I do wonder how long will the starters be out there. Given the lack of an offseason, it could be reasonable to play them 2 quarters this game, then 3, 3 and 2. Yeah, it hurts the bottom of the roster somewhat, but if your team meshes better...

BTW, how long until I can change my avatar or post new threads?

Don't forget 12-Fans freak out after the game saying the world is coming to end, we suck, fire Sparano and trade for Teabow and lets start talking about next yrs draft.......

Agreed. Key thing is to evaluate the young players and come out of this game w/o any injuries.
