Of most the posts I am reading, TS seems to be getting a pass. Ginn, Penny, Henne, Gerbil, and alot of others seem to be getting heat...but very little being said about the man whose job it is to prepare us to play each week.

How much longer do we say, "this is ok"?

I will be the first, I guess. This is not ok. You had all offseason to upgrade the offense...you did not. You spent alot of money (more than any other NFL team) and the oline, and they suck. This is not okay.

You were all too happy receiving all the congratulatory pats on the back for last season...man up and take responsibility for this sorry *** team you are fielding.

He either needs to get it fixed or go away. My opinion is that he is in over his head, but I guess we'll see.

I hope we can his sorry ***. But since Tuna hand picked him, thats not going to happen. Coaching matters in the NFL, more than any of the other professional sports. The coach makes a huge difference, esp in close games. Sparano has failed, IMO.

But, since I know hes going to get evaluated on his overall record, lets be fair to TS and say hes 11-9 in his two years coaching in Miami. For the next two weeks, hes over .500, so I'll have to live with that.

As soon as he goes under .500 (mid-October) I will then start a relentless drumbeat to try to force him out. Not that anyone on any MB can get a coach fired, but its the butterfly effect. I can start planting the negative seeds about him and from a low whisper can become a loud yell...

"GET THIS GOOFY LOOKING S.O.B. OUT OF MIAMI". Hopefully, next year, we'll have a competent HC. We can always hope.

So, he didnt fix the WHOLE freaken team in two season. I am sure you were on the bandwagon last year, but you will now claim you werent. I have never seen a more fair weather fan in my life dude. Wow. We start off 0-3, fire him he sucks. The online sucks? The oline is starting to gell. The running game is just fine and the QB has been sacked 5 times. The oline has been bad at times, but it has not sucks. I know you wanted results yesterday, but get a freaken clue

Also the last paragraph or two..... wow. So you have something against Sparano and are going to act like a 5 year old about it. In your humble opinion Sparano failed, why because they are 0-3? Funny I wonder how many great coaches have had losing seasons.... Shula, Fisher, Belicheat, Noll, etc.

PS- he will be here next year, you could go and root for the JETS or the PATS.

The only thing you can blame TS for would be for some of the play calling in the last 3 games. It's up to the players to tackle, catch, run and follow the game plan. I think so far everyone on the team has had a let down in one or more of the last 3 games INCLUDING TS.

I'll give Sparano 4 full seasons to see what he can do. If we are not any better after 4 full seasons then at that time we would need to replace him. But we simply can't be switching coaching staffs and systems every couple of years. That is a recipe for disaster as we would have no continuity and would be stuck in a vicious cycle.

wow, we go 11-5 last year and we are 0-3 this year (against 3 playoff teams mind you) and people are already calling for this guy's head....just stupid:crazy:

in that case I would place more blame on Dan Henning

I'm still very much on the TS bandwagon and will stay there unless we are 0-3 this time next year. With that said I have to admit his post game press conferences are beginning to wear on me a little. Maybe it's because were losing and I'm just irritated but I don't think him spouting off stats is as quirky and funny anymore. To be totally honest his voice is starting to grind on me a bit as well, but like I said I think that has more to do with me being frustrated when I'm listening them with him.

*sigh* Is it just my imagination or does it seem that it's more the relative FH newbie's posts here who are prone to hair-trigger, unmeasured overreactions than those of the members who've stuck around FH during/after the darkest days?

I not giving Sparano or any of the regime a pass. To me none have realy proved anything in Miami yet.Yea its great we went 11-5 last year but if we go 5-11 this year then who really cares. Saban was very good year one and year two we we already in regression. Im not going to give any coach an automatic 4 years. It really all depends on the progress u see from the team and the attitude of he players.if we go like 5-11 this year and start off next year 0-4 I have seen enough to make a change.

3rd year to me is the most important, there's a stat out there that teams that have large win differential from a horid season to the next half a come back to reality year the next. Therefore the 3rd year really speaks volumes about how you are as a team.

We have the talent to win some of these games.
Though fasanos fumbles and Chad and Ronnies handoff problems are not quite on him.
He seems to have the team ready the team just kinda lets him down

Is it too late for the Miami Dolphins to join the UFL?

From what I'm seeing on these boards, I'm not sure if we have a chance to win a game in that league.

I for one am gonna stay on the Tony Sparano bandwagon.

No. I will be here laughing at him as he makes strange faces and insane gesticulations and loses more games.

Hes is ultimately responsible for all of those things. Get player who can tackle, catch, run and follow the game plan. Hes the coach. Make it happen...or not.

Or....you can allow an incompetent coach to stick around..thats really screws you up.
