Top 10 Draft Busts in Dolphin History

I disagree with David Overstreet and Yatil Green.

Overstreet looked goo he jus wasn't consistent. I feel like he could have developed quite nicely if not for the tragic car accident.

Green simply got injured and was never able to play. He wasn't a bust. He was just unlucky with that career ending injury.

I think it's fair to call green a bust because it's based on results.
Regardless of injury he didn't produce.

Jon beck was a much bigger bust than bosa

Eddie Moore was easily #1 for me. WTF? Pat White was #2. I disagree with Overstreet and yatil because at the time it was a reasonable pick at areas of need. The Moore pick was not an area of need and he was rated way further down from where wannabe picked him. the Ted Ginn thing was also a WTF moment. We didn't have a starting QB and we were picking punt returners in the top Ten picks? really? On Top of that he sucked like a crack whore.

JORDAN may go down as the biggest bust of all time for the dolphins soon as he is cut

"Bad luck" bust: Yatil Green

"Armageddon" bust: Ted Ginn Jr and his family (was this close to kicking a hole in TV set once I saw selection)

"Wtf was that" bust: John Avery

"Strong dislike" bust: Sammie Smith (overhyped; YouTube KC Chiefs and Houston Oilers games from 1990 season for those not in the know)

I'm done

back in 06 we took allen, that safety/corner from LSU, and he sucked something awful. I remember thinking, "who the heck is this guy?"

You mean Jason Allen from Tennessee? Yeah, surprised he isn't on the list.

the odd thing about ginn is that while we massively reached he has actually had a fairly decent career

Eddie Blake has always been my poster child for a draft bust. Second round pick and never played a single down. Offense, defense, special teams.

think ya gotta throw Eric Kumerow in there....first rd. (16) pick bust

The other thing to consider is that Jordan wasn't only atop 3 pick, but he also cost a high 2nd round pick as well. I've been a fan for over 30 years, and unless he makes a huge leap next year, assuming he's even on the team, he will go down as the worst pick in my mind.

Bosa and Overstreet don't belong on that list....Bosa got derailed by injuries and Overstreet was gonna be good if hadn't died....I believe he would have been prominent in that last Superbowl season with Marino's unbelievable air show that year.

Jackie Shipp belongs on that list big time.....John Avery should be higher on that list as they didn't even mention Jimmy traded out of the spot where he could have drafted Rany Moss to only to draft this bust.

Lorenzo Hampton, Randal Hill, Jason Allen, Jamar Fletcher, Billy Milner all are candidates as well.
