Top 10 Draft Steals of All-Time

Marino is five bro.

Yea i Agree. I really don't think a Punter in the first round is a steal.

well if its top 10 then no he doesnt deserve to be on that list (even tho the dolfin in me says "of course") but those guys deserve those spots. Thomas prob top 20 easy

ZT is in the top twenty. but when you look at all the other guys on that list, you can't really say he should have been ahead of any of them.

Except for Ray Guy....how is a punter selected in the first round a steal? I don't care how good he is, that shouldn't have been in the top 50!

I'm surprised Steve Young isn't on this list.

yes i agree that a punter no matter how good you are (unless you can punt from in the enzone to the other 5 yard line) has no business being anywhere top 20. Zack is for sure top 20 ...i believe JT comes before him by far.

I certainly can understand putting a talent like Brady at the top considering he was drafted so low. And he is a current player, so it makes a lot of sense that they'd want him there. But, IMHO, when you've got a position as important as QB, the 1 guy who makes more of a difference than any other QB ever before or since has to be the biggest steal of the draft; which is why I'd argue that even if Dan Marino were drafted #1 overall by the Indianapolis Colts, I'd still consider him the #1 draft steal of all times. Call me biased if u like, but I firmly believe that. Brady cannot hold a candle to Marino, and if Marino had the teams around him that Brady has with receivers like Moss, solid running games, and star studded defenses to get him the ball, I think Marino would need 2 hands to house all of his rings.

Ray Guy was only a steal if you take away all the helium the Raiders used to inflate the footballs with when he punted.
