Brian Flores is 95 percent sure of what he has in each of the players on the current Miami Dolphins roster.

But Flores admits he’s been proven wrong before. And there is no part of the ongoing evaluation process as important as validation of his beliefs when the pressure turns up.

Due to inclement weather, Miami’s planned scrimmage on Saturday at Hard Rock Stadium was unfortunately canceled. But the Dolphins have three training camp practices left, including one closed to the public on Saturday, as well as four preseason games.

Here are 10 Dolphins with the most to gain in August:

Is there any doubt this new regime would have taken Dallas Godart instead of Gesicki?

They would have taken Mark Andrews IMO and we should have last year also

If they see first team long term upside in Preston Williams they’d be plum crazy to keep a Allen hurns or a isiah ford or a Brice butler.

Hurns and butler are easy decisions Ford has to show he’s ready for nfl contact. Not get so rerouted from the slot

Upside wise though this seems like an easy decision.

This team made two very ballsy moves first two picks of the draft. They took the consensus 2nd best player at two different positions. Minkah’s looked great and it certainly looks like a good pick, but the reality is Derwin balled out last year and made the pro bowl as a rookie. And Gesicki well...it’s not looking good. James/Fitz and Dallas/Gesicki are going to be two player to player comparisons that will define our 2018 draft and will be looked back on for years to come.

The real issue would have been James, McDonald and Jones playing together. all 3 have the same skill set so it made no real sense to take James. Minkah worked because he could have played the free safety and provided better ball hawking instincts to contrast the other two.

As for Gesicki it really looks like a whiff even at 2 years. I was hoping to here of some improvement but sounds like it's one massive dud after another

I forgot Gesicki was on the team. He should use his invisibility to fight crime not play football.

Wow are we already jumping off the Gesicki train?

I personally hope we send mark Walton packing, do not need anyone stupid enough to get arrested 3 times in like three months.
