#3 Salary Cap to sign multiple free agents including any of Manning's former teammates in Indianapolis
#4 Offensive minded head coach who worked with Rodgers and Favre, and a very respectable Mike Sherman
#5 The weather, although we don't have a dome, it doesn't snow down here
#6 Respect and admiration for this city, team history and oh yeah #13
#7 Good Defense, better than what he has had in Indy in the past
#8 We pick #8 in the draft and he may ask for another weapon or Offensive Line help
