Give or take a couple spots for a few players at the end.

Probably a little high for Ochocinco at this point, but who knows what he can do.

I don't know whether to say unfortunately or not... but brandon fields should be in that list

You think our rookie quarterback who has never played a down in the nfl is 1 of our top 20 best players?

You think our first pick of the 2012 draft, who we took to be our franchise quarterback, and invested our time, money and future in, isn't one of our top 20 players?

Not right now, no. Ask the Raiders if taking a quarterback high in the draft automatically makes him a good NFL player

I would slide Burnett ahead of Odrick at 10, and then I think you nailed the top 10. After that, it's really all personal opinion. But as someone else said, Brandon Fields and Dan Carpenter should be there. Fields is one of the top punters in the league, and Carpenter is an above average kicker. We don't have enough talent to justify not having them in there.

ha ha ocho hasn't done a damn thing in 2 years in the league and he pops up at #11...some of you guys are in for a real surprise

1. Jake Long
2. Cameron Wake
3. Karlos Dansby
4. Vontae Davis
5. Brandon Fields (I know this may not be popular, but if we are going by talent alone, regardless of position)
6. Paul Soliai
7. Randy Starks
8. Reggie Bush
9. Kevin Burnett
10. Davone Bess
11. Dan Carpenter
12. Mike Pouncey

17. Sean Smith
18. Reshad Jones
19. Charles Clay
20. Richard Marshall

So there are 22 starters on the team (not counting the 2 kickers) and you're talking top 20....so you're pretty much listing every starter.

Nice list. I'd put Reggie Bush 3rd, ahead of Karlos Dansby. I'd also put Brian Hartline ahead of Chad Ochocinco.

if your punters in the top 5 you better damn well upgrade the position talent...shane lechler of oakland is the only punter that should ever get consideration for top 5...

b/t op you got pouncey too low you got odrick too low you got bess too high you got smith and hartline too high...

John Denney
played 7 straight years(112 games) without missing a game
Has made the pro bowl
How many other players on this team can say the same thing

13. Sean Smith
...
19. Richard Marshall

I've always been a Sean Smith skeptic, and I really don't think he'll have a starting spot for long unless he amps up his game this season. No more INT-drops, no more getting burnt time and again.
I was stoked with the Richard Marshall pick-up, hopefully he cements himself as a dominant CB, or at the very least, pushes Smith to get to his potential.

The fact that Incognito and Smith are on our Top 20 is pathetic. What's even worse is that punter should be on the list...

Also, anybody notice we have no safeties on the list? Another real bad sign....

I am hoping the Marshall pick-up is the end of Sean Smith....

Might want to read the list again and tell me if I listed every starter.
