Wilkins was disruptive on tape and looks poised to have a strong year for a very bad Dolphins team.

Just wanted to put something positive out there with all the doom and gloom as of late. Haven't studied Wilkins or what he's done during preseason; maybe someone more knowledgeable can enlighten me? What makes this kid so good?

I think most evaluations of him appreciate how well rounded of a player he is. He’s quick, strong, has good technique. Kind of a jack of all trades but master of none. I don’t mean that as a slight at all, just that he doesn’t have one specific trait that stands out. I think he’s gonna be a really good player and I’m excited to watch him this year. The combination of Wilkins, Minkah, Xavien, Jerome Baker and Brian Flores has a ton of defensive potential. I actually think defensively we will be much better than people expect
