Well, after watching the game, I have narrowed down my top five plays of the game that I personally enjoyed. Ok, so without further adieu:

1. Touchdown to Randy McMichael.
It was our first TD of the year and the play was just incredible. Randy goes in motion and trips. He actually ate the turf. While on the ground, Gus throws it, Randy gets up, turns in time to catch the ball and waltzes into the endzone. The best part? Jason Taylor is in on offense and runs a pattern. The Broncos ended up doubling the DE while letting McIchael, the TE run free into the endzone. That was great.
2. 4th down goalline stop.
I was watching this with a fellow finheaven member at my house and we were both stunned that Denver went for it so early in the game. Thomas shot the gap and got enough contact on Bell to stop his momentum and allow the rest of the boys to finish him off and turn the ball over. It was a great shift in momentum and helped set the tone for the defense.
3. Touchdown to Marty Booker. This also came directly after the only TD Denver had so it helped shift the momentum back to Miami for good.
Not much to say here. Great read and throw by Frerotte, great catch by Booker and surprsing burst of speed by Marty to take it to the house.
4. Jason Taylor sack/fumble/td.
This was especially sweet because on two earlier occasions, Taylor had Plummer all but down only to have Jake squirm free and make a play. Finally, on the last play with Jake and co. driving, he got his man and put the stamp on the game. Sam Madison pretending to give the tired Taylor CPR in the dnzone was classic as well.
5. Travis Daniels INT.
Schulters was great and had more impact on the game, but Daniels as a rookie, in his first game, sealing the game with a pick was awesome. He played good defense throughout the game and this was a nice reward for the rook.

Those are my five. Any other that you liked that differ?

How about the reverse with Chambers? That also shifted momentum as we were pinned at the time and Denver was overpursuing the run up to that point...

Also enjoyed Ronnie's 1 handed catch to keep that drive going. His spin move at the 5 was nice too. He was looking really tentative early so it made me happy when he started to turn it up a notch.

I dont think the Daniels INT was all that important...but still sweet. I thought the one handed catch Ronnie Brown made when it was 3rd and 5 should be a top 5 play. It kept the drive going and we later scored. The game was still close at that point....and was an awesome catch not many RBs could make.

Samphin, after such an awesome game you're selling us short. This sort of game is deserving of a top 10 at the minimum.

Daniel's INT never should have happened. The Bronco's were on 4th down so the smart thing would have been to simply bat the ball down, then we would have had the ball on the 49 yd. line instead of the 11. Daniels is a rookie and its hard to resist the instinct to catch the ball so Im not ragging on him about the choice..... I just dont think a mistake deserves to go in as a top 5 play. It certainly doesnt deserve to be listed ahead of Chamber's reverse

this play at first made me mad, thought ronnie was dropped in the backfield.
It totally faked me out, didnt even see chambers until he was on the other side of the field. AWESOME!!!!

Again people. This is MY top five moments. The moments that made me smile the most or cheer the most or what ave you. You guys are entitled to your own opinions and I welcome them. Certainly other plays were awesome and deserve recognition, they just didn't break my top five. However, since it has been requested, here is my list from 6-10.

6. Chambers reverse.
this play looked doomed to start. I saw Chambers come around and new it was coming but it almost never happened. Denver was so fired up to stop Brown that they fired off quickly and dang near tackled him before the exchange. However, that oversell led to the big gain for Chambers. Plus, it was great to see Gus out in front pretending to block.
7. Ronnie Brown's catch.
As others have said, this was the play to keep the drive alive on the Miami scoring drive. It was a poorly thrown ball that Brown caught with one hand and turned it upfield for a first down. It wasn't a huge gainer but it showcased two things. One, the versatility of Ronie and how good his hands are. Two, Our ability to convert on third downs.
8. Matt Roth's hit.
He got a penalty for Unnecessary Roughness but oh well. To me, it seemed very necessary. He basically punked Jake Plummer and sent a message to opposing defenses that if you hit our QB ( like Al Wilson did earlier and legally ), that expect it to come back. Kind of like a pitcher hitting an opposing batter after his team got beaned an inning earlier. The best part? Plummer yelling at him and Roth acting like he didn't exist.
9. Lance Schulter's INT
So much for our maligned safeties eh? Schulters and Jones played great today and layed the lumber all game long. However, the biggest play from the safeties came from Lance when he played centerfield and waited for Plummer to make a mistake, which, he did. Lance was in perfect position to not get beat deep if Jake had completed it to his receiver and also, to catch the INT, which he did, if Jake overthrew.
10. Welker's reception(s)
Welker had a fumble which put a damper on his day, but it dind't drown it. Wes came up big in the offense catching balls on long yardage situations for conversions. I believe he had four catches which was four more than last year. The man knows how to get open and has that great ability to kind of blend in while on the field and sit in an open area for the ball. As long as he keeps doing that, he should be very very effective. I especially liked the first and 15 reception he had.

Okey doke. Nobody ask for the next five because I am stopping at 10. :D

that was classic playcalling. the fins made a formation adjustment and all three denver linbackers shifted to the strong side and then BAM! off the races

btw, can people stop saying chambers and esp booker are slow?

1. 4th and goal shut down defense
2. Boston's block on two defenders as McMichael was flipped.
3. Ronnie Browns 3rd down catch
4. Schulter's INT
5. JT's forced fumble, recovery and TD

the more remarkable plays to me were as follows:

1. Jason Taylor's sack + forced fumble + fumble recovery + 85 yard run for a touchdown in one play.
2. Gus Frerotte's beautiful pass to Marty Booker for a 60-yard TD.
3. Zach Thomas' impressive goalline stance.
4. Ronnie Brown's outstanding catch to move the chains.
5. Randy's ability to catch the ball and hold on to it as he did a one-handed cartwheel.

Those were the most impressive plays athletically, to me.

Had Chambers been able to keep his feet in bounds before his elbow, on that TD pass, he'd jump up to #1 or #2 in a heartbeat.

1. JT's sack-forced fumble-fumble recovery-and touchdown...just amazing.

2. Zach Thomas Goalline stand...explains its self.

3. Ronnie Browns amazing one hander to keep the drive going.
4. Schulter INT

5. *This one really isnt a play, but it was great to see* Nick Saban getting pissed off on the sideline...great to see a coach with emotion.

I think this was actually THE key play of the game, because it came at a time when momentum might've switched to Denver had they stopped us. The 4th down stop at the goal line and Ronnie's catch were the momentum changers in the game. Booker's catch was right up there too.
