Wide receiver Albert Wilson has yet to play in a preseason game, but he says he’s ready for some game action.

“This week, if that’s what they want me to do, by all means I’m ready to do it,” Wilson said after practice Monday.

Wilson, who is coming back from an October hip injury that cut short his 2018 season, has been in and out of practice since training camp began in the last full week of July.

Still wouldn't be surprised if he starts on IR (designated for return).

Don't see the rush being a compelling factor....

A healthy truly recovered AW would be an asset. Unfortunately I'll believe it when I see it.

i dont want to jinx him or us but I feel like a Tannehille like re-injury will happen with him.

I truly hope I am wrong.

Big blow when he went down last year. He won me over pretty quickly - felt bad for the kid as he was having a high-Impact season and showing that signing him was a good move. It’s a weird injury from the sounds of it and I just hope they don’t rush him back too early. Really like this kid and want to see him and Grant make plays for us for a long time.

Week 7 injury with no surgery. I hope he's good to go. Fun to watch.

Agree, as bad as the OL was last year and as many other negative things you had happening to this franchise, for a fleeting moment, he and Grant were giving this offense a "fun" identity. I hope that's the direction they are heading. I know that's what Andy Reid would try to do with this offense.

That "high five" heading to the EZ was the high point of the year for me, even above the "miracle".

Speed kills......
